Real World Expertise in Investments and Risk.
We provide fractional consulting and advisory services to investment managers on an hourly basis or from 4 to 12 business days per month. So you only pay for what you need.
Asset managers face increasingly complex markets. Experienced investment and risk executives bring a lot to the table, including a price tag that can be difficult to swallow. Investing in a fractional or Outsourced Chief Investment Officer (OCIO) may be the solution for your team.
Today’s investors need expertise across a broader, more complex range of asset classes to generate targeted returns. This means leaning further into riskier asset classes like Alternatives, which require more due-diligence and oversight.
Then there’s the challenge of getting access to the right managers, markets and investors. By taking the whole portfolio into account, we align strategic asset allocation with tactics in order to achieve better access at lower fees.
Build a better investment and risk tech-stack, where each phase of the process is within an integrated ecosystem - reducing operational risk and leading to better outcomes.
First - We Listen
1 - Initial Consultation - it's free
During this call, our goal is to get an initial understanding of your organization, its investment philosophy, client base, financial goals, and specific opportunities and challenges.
2 - Needs Assessment & Solution Design
Based on our initial consultation and assuming mutual interest, we perform a needs assessment. We'll get an accurate read on where you are now. This likely includes analyzing your existing investment and risk platform and identifying areas for improvement. We collaborate with your team to design a bespoke solution that aligns with your objectives.
3 - Bespoke Solution Implementation
Once your customized solution is designed and approved, we can start implementation. This step can include continuous monitoring and review of the investment portfolio, ongoing due-diligence, research and analysis, portfolio construction, rebalancing, asset allocation, execution, etc.
4 - Ongoing Monitoring and Review
The final step involves continuous monitoring and review of the investment portfolio including risk management, reporting, and client communication.
Today's asset managers need a multi-dimensional risk-framework utilizing asset–liability modeling, portfolio construction, hedging and implementation, within a solid governance framework.
